When Should I Use It?
Typically take your daily serving 3-4 hours prior to training! However if you’re using a “double dose” protocol then take your first serving upon waking and the second 3-4 hours before training. If you train upon waking take your serving the night before!
Directions For Use:
(Afternoon/evening trainers): Take one serving* (3 capsules) once per day, approximately 3-4 hours prior to training. On non-training days take one serving* (3 capsules) upon waking. If a 2 serving per day protocol is being followed, take 3 caps upon waking and 3 caps 3-4 hours prior to training on both training and non-training days.
For morning trainers: If you train within 1 hour of waking, we suggest taking one serving* (3 capsules) 2-3 hours before bed the night prior to your a.m. workout. If you have a 2-3 hour period between waking and training, then you can consume one serving* upon waking instead of the night before. If a 2 serving* protocol is being followed, take 3 caps as advised and another early afternoon.
