The Best Fats For Health & Performance - Genetic Nutrition

The Best Fats For Health & Performance

, by Sandesh Prasannakumar, 1 min reading time

Recently went to see ma doc, you shoulda' seen his face when he saw what my diet consisted of - especially the fats. The big "F" word.

In fact, to look at him you'd think I'd told him to "F" off!! He looked offended.

This is the problem, the nutritional information which is shared today is REALLY far behind the times and modern science.

Phil Graham, who's a leading science expert and part of my team could write a novel on the benefits of fats! They are NOT to be avoided.

On a daily basis, especially through the day I eat plenty of:

  • Organic/grass fed butter
  • Nuts
  • Nut butter
  • Grass fed red meat
  • Oily fish
  • Avocado
  • Coconut oil
  • Extra virgin olive oil

The list goes on. The point is, at the age of 45 I can walk around at 9-10% body fat whilst eating these foods and get a clean bill of health.

Have you noticed a lot of men, once they hit my age start to get fat and suffer with a poor libido? Well, eating more healthy fats would sort that out for ya man!

Eating the right fats will help (for men and women!):

. Improve libido (who doesn't want that, unless you're 18!!)

. Improve insulin health (especially Omega 3s!)

. Support/improve fat metabolisation

. Improve energy and mental focus

Fat gets a very bad time in the press for the wrong reasons, and they always seem to use those s*** cheap burgers deep fried in vegetable oil on burger vans as their example. All fats aren't created equal, remember that!

No more of this "fat free" Special K crap man, get educated on the benefits of fat and start to use them to your benefit.
